What is your refund policy?

●Return request must be placed within 24 hours of receiving the order
●To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
●To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase
●Your item will be checked by our team to make sure it meets our return conditions. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
●We do not offer free return (KD 1.5 to be applied)
●Refunds for returned items will go back to the original payment method and will take up to 7 working days

Am I able to exchange my order?

You are only able to return your order and once approved, receive your refund. If you wish to exchange, you will have to place a new order on the item you wish to purchase. This means, each transaction will be treated as a different order.
